Can I combine Assist or Automate with Connect?

Yes. The voice side (Assist or Automate) and the messaging side (Connect) are designed to work together. Most multi-channel garages start with one and add the other.

What happens if I exceed the included minutes on Assist?

Overage is billed at £0.25 per minute. We'll flag it in the portal as you approach the included allowance so there are no surprises on your invoice.

Why is Automate "Custom" priced?

Automate's pricing depends on how many branches you run and which integrations you need (Garage Hive, Tyresoft, custom DMS). Talk to us and we'll give you a fixed monthly number after a short scoping call.

Is there a contract?

Simple monthly billing. You can change tier any time — just disable the call-forwarding rule.

Do you offer a free trial?

No — but you can switch on a paid month and switch it off at the end of it, no questions asked. Most garages see the platform pay for itself in the first fortnight.
